THE CONCIERGE WORKFLOW

Six capabilities.
One connected decision.

01 / Remember

Know the plot.

Keep plot inputs, approved plans and activity history on this browser.

02 / Understand

Start with crop needs.

Use growth stage and soil-test context before planning nutrients.

03 / Connect

Bring the inputs together.

Combine simulated weather, sensor readings and input prices.

04 / Retrieve

Keep the context close.

Read the selected plot and its previous decisions in the assistant.

05 / Reason

Show the why.

Explain recommendations with transparent rules and cost calculations.

06 / Act

You stay in control.

Confirm each action. Stop a simulation. Record what happened.

Built to demonstrate the workflow.

Physical sensors, live APIs, an LLM and trained forecasts are future integrations. Rates and thresholds need agronomic validation. Pilot KPIs: cost per rai, fertilizer use, water/energy and yield — no real-world savings claimed.

Test recommendations

Edit Plot A

Local demo inputs only. The fertilizer baseline is an example set by a manager, not a field-use recommendation.

Demo rulesDemo rules: faulty or stale data blocks commands; unknown soil N needs review; adequate N / early stage waits; otherwise rain ≥ 70% postpones fertilizer. Irrigation: rain ≥ 70% skips; moisture < 25% proposes a simulated cycle.
Farmer approval

Demo guide and prototype scope

A field-level assistant for fertilizer planning, resources and costs. This functional proof of concept demonstrates the complete journey from reviewing field data to approving a plan and recording outcomes. All field data and devices are simulated.

90-second demo

  1. Rain before fertilizingSelect Rain before fertilizing, ask “Should I fertilize today?”, review the reasons and approve a 48-hour postponement.
  2. Dry soilSelect Dry soil (Plot B), start the irrigation simulation and confirm. Watch the valve, volume and activity log update.
  3. Data faultSelect Sensor fault (Plot C). Commands are blocked and the valve stays closed until reliable data is available.

Working features

Plot selection, editable inputs, English rule-based Q&A, cost calculations, plan approval, simulated IoT, emergency stop, local history and CSV/summary exports.

Future integrations

Not connected yet: LLM, speech-to-text, live weather and price APIs, physical sensors and valves, a shared database, or a locally trained forecast model. Example rules and fertilizer rates have not been agronomically validated.

PoC acceptance criteria

Recommendations respond to inputs · Commands require approval · Faulty data blocks commands · Emergency stop works · History survives reload · Costs are traceable

Future pilot KPIs: cost per rai, fertilizer use, water/energy use and crop yield. This prototype has not demonstrated real-world savings.
